**If this is your first time using this site you will have to creat a new log in

(If you have previously registered online for any program in this club, you already have an account, please do not create a duplicate.  Use the email you provided us the last time you made an online registration.  If you can't remember your password, you can have an email sent to retrieve it.  If you can't remember your email, please contact our registrar "Contact Us".)

How to Register

Select "Login" at the top right of this page. Complete all fields on the account information page for the member(Parent)

select "add participant" and complete all fields to add any children that will be registered in a program

once all participants have been added, click on "Registration"

Register for Programs

click on "register for a program" and select you program. Select the appropriate participant (if registering more than one person)

If you are registering for more programs, select "register for more programs" or if you are finished registering select "confirm and register"

Skate Canada Insurance Fees

All participants must be a registered Skate Canada member and must pay the annual membership fee. The membership fee will automatically be added to your invoice when registering for a program in the current skating season (September1-August 31). Existing Skate Canada members must add their Skate Canada membership number to their skater profile before registering.

Please note the Arena Insurance fee covers the skaters drop in public skate fee's for the season.

Refunds

Columbia Valley Skating Club only refunds program fees for confirmed medical reasons. After confirmation has been made, a refund of only pro-rated lesson fees will be given by cheque.  The Board of Directors will consider refunds on a case by case basis. 

Skate Canada membership and insurance fees are non-refundable.
